12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for APPOINTMENTS**

A Credit Card must be placed on file through Square Appointments for ALL appointments to insure a reservation. YOU MAY STILL PAY CASH FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS. A card will not be charged until you are done being serviced or you DO NOT show up for your scheduled appointment.

First time No Call, No Show= 50% charge. Second time & beyond=100% charge. Exceptions to be made upon determination.

Rescheduling under the 12 hour mark of the start of your appointment time will result in being charged 50% of your services. Exceptions to be made upon determination.

You may pay using Cash, Credit Card, Venmo or Chase Pay with Zelle. No other forms due to paperwork purposes. Thank you very much.
